Descrizione del progetto:
“Mindful Career Orientation” is an Erasmus+ youth exchange that will bring together 30 young people from Greece, Italy, Romania, Estonia and Bulgaria in Aiani Kozanis, Greece. We aim to spend 6 days together contributing for each other’s personal growth with the help of non-formal education and group learning.
Our aim is to empower young people through developing mindfulness skills to shape their career path and especially young people with reduced opportunities. Exercising a profession (επ-αγγέλομαι) means “Giving a promise” (υπόσχομαι) in ancient Greek. The profession is the promise that everyone gives to themselves that they will fulfill their desires, and, secondly, to society as a whole that they will exercise their work honestly and conscientiously.
However, the successful orientation of an individual in his career decisions is a complex process that requires deep self-knowledge and high self-esteem and exploration of the personality, inclinations, abilities and interests of the
individual.
Working language is English. Every participant is individually entitled to receive a Youthpass Certificate. Youthpass is a part of the European Commission’s strategy to foster the recognition of non-formal learning. It is
available for projects funded by Erasmus+.
Objectives:
- come into contact with the concept of mindfulness;
- learn how to observe and be aware both of their environment and emotions – theirs and others’;
- develop their digital skills using apps that help them concerning their career (LinkedIn, canva, etc);
- gather all the necessary internal supplies using mindfulness techniques to listen to their personal inclinations and skills, drawing up the appropriate strategy to help them make their dreams come true;
- develop soft skills that will help the participants’ ability to work with others and have a positive correlation with their professional life such as satisfaction;
- explore the Ikigai concept of finding their purpose in life.
Paesi partecipanti: Italia. Romania, Estonia, Grecia, Bulgaria;
Requisiti: Aver raggiunto la maggiore età, essere interessati alle tematiche del progetto.
Lingua del progetto: Inglese (si richiede un livello base-intermedio). Non sono richieste certificazioni linguistiche.
Condizioni economiche: Vitto e alloggio coperti al 100% dall’organizzazione ospitante. Il costo dei biglietti di viaggio sarà rimborsato da parte dell’organizzazione ospitante fino ad un massimo di 275€ a persona. (Le eventuali eccedenze sono a carico del partecipante).

Il Progetto è realizzato nell’ambito del Programma ERASMUS+ promosso e finanziato dalla Commissione Europea.
Quota di partecipazione al progetto: 40€, previsti come contributo di partecipazione (valido per l’anno 2023).
